Job Title:  Hardware Store Sales Associate

Reports To:  Retail Manager

​

Job Summary:  To assist customers in purchasing merchandise in a welcoming and courteous manner while offering product suggestions based on specific customer needs.

​

Duties include but are not limited to;

• Provides excellent customer service.

• Offers product suggestions based on customer needs.

• Answers questions.

• Able to process payments.

• Processes merchandise returns as needed.

• Helps consumers with purchases.

• Capacity to handle and track cash daily.

• Manages inventory as directed.

• Stock and Re-stock merchandise as directed.

• Assists with setting up store displays.

• Tracks and records daily sales.

• Ensures the store is clean and clear of debris. 

• Assists with other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:

Sunday: OFF

Monday: 12:30pm-5:30pm

Tuesday: OFF

Wednesday: OFF

Thursday: 12:30pm-5:30pm

Friday: 12:30pm-5:30pm

Saturday: 7:30am-1:00pm
 

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
